5 stars: Hello. Two days in a row I can't make an order because of First, Last Name field. The format is correct, but it throws an error that name can't contain hyphen with space. This impacts me to finalise the order. Please fix it ASAP. Thanks for help to sort out this issue. The issue was related to lacking of my middle name :).
3 stars: some texts in the apps (buttons, labels, etc) are in russian even if i have english set in my settings. please, fix that. p.s.: review and feedback translation doesn't work correctly too, i'm seeing russian auto-translation no matter the setting.

2 stars: Absolutely horrendous, disgusting and atrocious UI! The app keeps stacking some weird error messages. Plus, after numerous attempts to checkout the order, the delivery address somehow ended up being different than what I'd put in. This app is filled with bugs and constantly keeps disappointing. If it wasn't for the absence of the ability to buy from other Chinese marketplace platforms, I've would've already moved on to another one!
