5 stars: Concierge staff is extremely warm and helpful. Checking in was so easy and my further booking to extend my stay further with 6 more days added on was made so easy, all thanks to her. Room is very clean and odourless. I am so pleased! Thank you!!
5 stars: Booking for their units are very convenient, everything you need to know about your desired hotel are already detailed within the app, plus they always offer vouchers/discounts, the room's ambiance is very bright, and the staffs are really friendly, KUDOS!
4 stars: Well developed App and pleasant user experience with add on options that are not compulsory. Had Some glitches where my booking was cancelled AFTER I paid but I rectified with the hotel. Paying using G Cash is a plus because I don't have a bank card

3 stars: Give a menu for rating or review a hotel after complete booking... NOT a review via email link... link from email always broken and i cant give a review to my booking hotel. and this app UI menus not really good.
3 stars: There are hidden mysteries in your hotels. It's not really 24hrs. You can mistakenly choose 1night which is 12hrs only, we are expecting 1day for stay. Please fix this issue on how we can calibrate our time
