5 stars: I can access a constant variety of high resolution music with zero effort. I can filter it depending on my mood and save it to playlists. I hear more great music every time I listen. What's not to like? It is also very important to me that TIDAL compensates the artists for their efforts.
4 stars: Sound quality can't be beat, but, the shuffle is absolutely horrendous in this. It keeps looping the same 50 songs or so on a big playlist. It's pretty annoying that way. It also doesn't stay on, like Spotify does in my system tray, I literally have to open the app every time I want to use it, instead of being able to swipe the screen down and access it. Hence, four stars.
3 stars: Sound quality is great, and I like that they pay artists more than other streaming services. The user experience is worse than others, though. Managing your queue is frustrating, and it doesn't recommend music that is relevant to my listening. I also hate that it closes the player as soon as you pause music, making me have to open my phone and the app every time I pause to talk to someone.

Why is offline mode a manual toggle switch instead of automatically switching when I'm not connected to WiFi/data? Why can't I select multiple songs at a time to add them to a playlist? Why can't I force Hi-Fi streaming over WiFi, and have to settle for my limiting
