5 stars: My problem was solved with the help of Google support right after I downloaded this app. It was so distressing when my phone and tablet went down. This was a time consuming ordeal and very hard to explain what was happening to both devices. If you don't have this support app, please, please download it first if you run into a complex problem such as I did, and keep it for if and when you do! Happy New Year!
5 stars: Nice to review then years later get notifications that you have made some terrible statements on someone's buisness. And it's also tied into an account t I'm trying to regain.maybe I can stear that way and make amends or delete the review entirely.
4 stars: Worked as advertised. It was a short session so we didn't delve to much into the app's capabilities but for what we needed it worked quite well. Quick download, quick install, and the uninstall I hope will be uneventful as I'm about to do that. I will update this if uninstall causes problems of any sort.

3 stars: How can I give you a rating when I never used you. This is my first attempt so usually first impressions are a lasting impression so let's see. I am on hold for hours now trying to reach you as your avoidance to me is putting me in danger. Play Protect is is protecting play as when I scan it checks complete before it even scans. I need help. So my rating is like Play Protect, rating without proof.
