5 stars: Quite good app, it's very fast & easy to use. I tried to change my location of medical facility and it could be done in second. The call center is quite helpfull as well. Great job!

3 stars: I read some other comment that has same issue with me. I can't input OTP. After I input first number, I can't input the rest whatever I do. As I read the other comment, I also did the same that I also use bluetooth keyboard but still not working. Wasting my time to start over again and again just to fail again and again at the same point, that is OTP input. Update: I install another keyboard and it worked, after hours of frustration.
2 stars: Modal loading is very disturbing. You shouldn't use modal loading every load each content, that's destruct user experience. Latest update make it worst, my signal and internet is okay but in application is always offline
2 stars: Couldn't fill my email when the issue said your email it is not accordance with the format, I've been using my email for a long time and take no problem at all. only this app presume my email is not an email, fix this I have to print out my KIS.
