3 stars: Seems like GRAB system (or drivers) rather had an option to reject even important customers, which is very disappointing and frustrating. Took a lot of hours before having a kind-hearted driver will accept your book. My location and destination are both easy to access yet having hard times finding a driver.
4 stars: feature suggestion: it would be really really useful to see the destination on the map, once i put it in the transport, before i book a cab. this way one can be sure they selected the correct destination. sometimes due to language issues, or there being multiple locations of the same name, its hard to make sure that one has infact selected the correct location from destination suggestions in the dropdown

4 stars: So far, I've found that in order to give a tip to a driver, I have to give the ride a five-star rating. Is there a way to give a tip on the app while at the same time giving a lower rating? Sometimes, a ride may not tick all the boxes for us for various reasons, but we may still appreciate the driver's efforts and want to encourage him to keep driving by giving a tip.
