3 stars: Im learning a lot from the app and I really like the aesthetic. But the problem is the subscription service. I would actually be okay paying a one time purchase to unlock all the features but I cannot justify paying a subscription service to something that I dont even know if anymore content is going to be added.

4 stars: So far, I love this app! The small subscription fee is totally worth it for detailed lessons and interactive training to get anyone started, whether you're a beginner or someone with some knowledge of the game. My only wish is that progress and history can be synced between devices. Sometimes I learn on my phone while I'm waiting somewhere, but I really enjoy playing on my tablet more.
4 stars: A good App to learn smart play of chess, with deeper understanding of the theory. At Advance level, it is a good coach, but sometimes makes extremely naive blunders such as giving a piece (including the Queen) free. At Advance level, if the mistakes are kept subtle, user's game can develop far better.
