4 stars: Quite refreshing to see something like this in Qatar, however I discovered that some scooters are supported but others, still under the name LOOP don't work. They even show on the map and you can start a ride with them, but they don't work. Please fix this. Otherwise it's a good service
5 stars: Tht was amazing. Payment step could be easier however. As firstly I filled the credit card details on the loop, then again on Doha bank, and then OTP from my own bank. Could simply be app and OTP. Otherwise, really good experience.
3 stars: Good . but this apps has some technical issues.. I didn't get OTP code on my phone ,so I had to register another number.
3 stars: Easy to use UI makes scooter rental a no-brainer but it's kind of a loss to be unable to rent if you're under 18
