5 stars: Great way to affect change in daily life. I love that I can do a rescue session when I'm in a bad mood or unpleasant headspace. There are tasks and tools to guide you to a better way of doing things. Also understanding more about how my brain works and why I operate within my parameters is especially helpful in changing habits.
5 stars: Was a bit skeptical about how much insight I'd get from this app, but now that I've been using it constantly for about 6 months and I've definitely noticed changes as I progress throughoutthe sessions, I truly appreciate the work that's been put into this project and how it really can inrich our lives, thank you intellect 💕🙏🏼🌎💕 can't wait to see what's to come in the future
5 stars: I downloaded the app months ago, but avoided using it because the way it gave me push notifications bothered me in their phrasing and I didn't truly believe an app could help my mental health. So far so good though! I started two different journeys this week, and the way the information is presented is clear and simple. It's all stuff I already knew somewhere in my head, but it feels rewarding to apply it to myself
