5 stars: Its an amazing app. Can use it any device(even of your android works slow, the screen works smooth). Recommend to use this device.

3 stars: After a recent update the app insists on displaying the menu shortcut in Japanese, just because my device is currently located in Japan. My device is in English, I am on the UK store, and only physically located in Japan. The menu dropdown is still English. Please fix this. Use the language of the device. Other than that, generally quite good.
3 stars: Almost useless. It's sending the wrong keystrokes to the server. And it doesn't seem to matter which keyboard layout you're using. Filling in a password becomes very challenging.
3 stars: Does what it needs, but continues to have the annoying CAPS LOCK bug where a single tap on the shift button locks the caps, or while typing, CAPS LOCK comes on randomly. I've seen this problem posted on support boards since 2019.
4 stars: Works better than TeamViewer, and doesn't require you to trust TeamViewer. All you need is Windows 10 Pro and a port forward and you're on your way. Mobile app is as good as it could be considering it's a phone app, but desktop to desktop is where it's at. RDP is only at its best when you use a laptop to connect to a powerful desktop computer for heavy processing. Relatively easy to set up, which I give props to Microsoft.
