3 stars: Will not stay on customized plan for very long. Reverts back to Automatic.
4 stars: Slow to connect. No control over timeout. Would be useful if it provided an equalizer function. Cannot get it to connect with Microsoft surface. On the positive side, the KS9s are pretty good. Nice that the app allows control of levels for each ear. Also nice that it allows control of surrounding sound when in TV mode. Good clarity on android phone. Price point is right for the current market. The TV streamer is a huge plus.
5 stars: Admittedly I have only had this installed for a couple of days but it does what I expect it to do. Wish that the equalizer had more and narrower bands.....

Freedom to roam (Not being tied by an ear bud to a device) while listening to radio, music, podcast, phone call thru my hearing aids..All hands free while my Android is plugged in..re-charging or in my shirt pocket outside. Great app!! My Costco hearing specialist set it up on my phone for me.
