5 stars: I love this app. It is helping me in my healing journey, letting go of stuck and trapped emotions. I can feel the emotional pain and physical pain leaving my body as I'm doing the tapping. Each day I let go more and more, it's a really great app. They use Louise Hay insights into some of the meditations. It's a really good app.
4 stars: Amazing - it works! The Releasing Anxiety session has had a hugely beneficial impact - three days in and that knot in my stomach has all but disappeared. Lost a star as I agree with other reviews- the full upgrade price is expensive and counterintuitive. Reassess your price point and I think sales would soar 🙂
