5 stars: Great app. I used it last night and got a full night's sleep for a change in spite of one problem in using it. You quite rightly say it is most effective with headphones, but the problem with that is that I then have to be awake enough to take the headphones off. I initially thought this would interfere with the sleep process, but as I say - best night's sleep in a long time for me....
