5 stars: Good application for checking time schedule of trains inside and outside of paris.
4 stars: I know nothing a bout SNCF much, more than it is a punctual, garanted, fast and keenly worker. I think it is the ultimate and best friend for all whom live in France.

3 stars: The app was rough at first. In particular with the setup and the interface is not very intuitive. But the app is convenient for keeping track of tickets and it provides real time information about which track the train will be in and how much time before the train leaves, etc. I hope they make some improvements.
5 stars: Excellent all round, Just a little comment, not enough people working at the ticketing counter in the stations, has to wait for hours. Very poor service, it is not the staff, they are very kind , please can you improve this. Many thanks Best regards
5 stars: I don't know what happened but the application got much much better. So far I am using to find my tickets and it is working smoothly and without any issues. Keep the good work up because before the application was a disaster and now it got much much better
