4 stars: Nice app. I'd give it 5 stars but for me resizing elements is a little fiddly as pinch gesture doesn't work that well on small elements. And it's missing an undo/redo feature.
4 stars: Fun app, but need a way to make bubbles smaller and move them. The decrease button only decreases text. Find a way to EDIT. Otherwise I love it.

4 stars: Needs more bubbles, ability to adjust width independently of height (with text reflow) and better ease to set output resolution (without having to rotate images and bubbles, but then you have to use the menus sideways). --- It was good enough for the infrequent use I plan for it, if I was going to 'text bubble photos' often I'd look elsewhere.
