5 stars: Love the app. Have been using it for just over a year and continues to make my work easy. The minute I get a call, I know it's business since it's shows the number following with Sideline as a caller ID. This helps know that it's 100% business. Also, the team texting to keep us aligned or to support each other, it's amazing!

4 stars: Really easy to use. If you get a new phone or even a new phone number, your business number will remain the same! It works just like a separate phone/messaging app. You can also make calls or send texts over WiFi. There are often a few bugs with some of the updates, but they're always resolved by the next update
3 stars: Notifications for Sideline calls and texts do not appear on my smartwatch. Also, cannot send documents/files as attachments with texts; nor, can you attach more than one photo at a time. These are essential tasks for my work, so now looking for a new second-number service.
