3 stars: It would be great if they could add a feature that removes 55 and up communities. You could also make it a feature to only search 55 and up communities. Also if you could add more features that allow you to choose certain appliances like a/c, washer and dryer, or dishwasher
4 stars: Accurate and easy to use. I'd love a way to filter by walk score, backyard size, and to have my favorites notify my partner that I favorited a home. (I'd recommend a way to determine frequency of those notifications: as I favorite, daily list of favorites, weekly, etc.).
3 stars: What happened to the option to share using social messaging tools? It now says I will be able to share after I make contact in messaging tools. I have been using them and redfin for a decade and shared with them. Very annoying
4 stars: Great schools ratings for many schools are off when displayed. If I click through and open up great schools website, it shows a different rating. Also please allow us to create lists for favorites. It's really hard without lists or tags!
4 stars: Pretty good map-based home finding app. Notifications from app do not reflect custom search parameters, and some homes visible on the web interface mysteriously do not appear in-app. Overall quite good.
