5 stars: I've known about Tapping for years, but always had a block when it came to both creating my own personal tapping protocols, and following through with regular daily Tapping. This app made the difference! There is a meditation/protocol for almost anything! I definitely recommend it! I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!
5 stars: This app is truly successful in shifting those thoughts that make you very uncomfortable to being present in the moment. The free version has been sufficient for me to gain control of my anxiety, and it is very easy to include into your daily life - all you have to do is tap on the app, and tap through the guided meditation, I am certain you will find some relief. 🙏🏼
