5 stars: This app has everything you need and then some! I am never disappointed with a workout I conquer or a meal I choose to make! It has a variety of options at a variety of fitness levels. The meal planner has amazing options, things I would never thought I could eat while trying to get fit! It even has content that helps with mindset and mental health! The app is easy to use and functional, and gets better with every update!
5 stars: I can't recommend this app any more - it's truly excellent! The range of workouts is the key - you can select whatever equipment you have handy (or none) and then select the workout / coach that looks good to you and off you go! If you like your workouts brutal check out Tiffiny Hall - you just need a set of dumbbells and a high threshold for pain!!
5 stars: Amazing app. Breaks down everything to do with diet, exercise and more which makes working out less of a chore and more of a fun challenge. I'm in the best shape of my life and aim to get better with the use of this app. Also busts the mentality that you have to lift heavy, lift to failure and always push out one last rep to achieve your goals. Work smart, not hard. Can't recommend this app enough.
