3 stars: Love this device but for some reason it has a hard time shutting of the alarm when asked, so I have to grab the device unlock it and then press stop to stop the alarm 😡, please fix this issue.
3 stars: Ok in a pinch, when you can't find the remote, but VERY annoying. Displays a network connection error WITH EVERY keystroke, which must be acknowledged before the next keystroke. At least I can answer a call, but this is a stupid issue that shows low commitment to quality- cuz I see I'm not the first one to complain.
5 stars: I am enjoying using the portal device and it is really good but am struggling to access it from my phone as the app doesn't display correctly. It's a Sony Xperia and the Facebook terms and conditions overlap the log in button so I can't access it. Any idea how to fix it? Edit: the new version has fixed it! I've logged in now and it's all good. Thank you!
4 stars: One suggestion: Can you make it so I can send photos or album's to other people's portal? I want to send photos of the baby to grandparents, but the Portal photos thru Facebook learning curve is a bit too steep. Would be easier if I could send album's or photos to a email address that comes with the Portal and allows photos to be received and then maybe approved. But the Portal owner should just see an album called \
