3 stars: The game's gacha is a wild one. In general, you can get the rate up character within 60 rolls but you if you become desperate, it can eventually reach 300 rolls which is the safety net. It's like paying 250 USD to get a character that you still have to level up and invest in to make them even usable in the arena. Game is still pretty fun but don't fall into the spending hole like all other gacha games and you should be fine.

Bringing only powerful characters to party won't make you win. [+] Kind developer, events and lot more. You may find it hard to play (japanese), but you can check the english forums/wikis for translation.
