5 stars: I had the app on my phone but never knew I had it and used it the first time today for a wellness check up from my insurance company. The video and audio was clear except for a few moments of hesitation as we were speaking, probably because of where I was sitting in my house. I know I'll be using it much more often. It works great on my Note 9!
3 stars: When I first got duo I thought it was pretty awesome. The longer I have it the more I realize, the filters you get are based on how good of a phone you have(software). My friends are always getting new filters while I'm stuck with the one here one there. Why can't we all have just as many or the same filters ????
4 stars: Overall it is very good. I have only two complaints. The data consumption is on the higher side on comparison to other sinilar apps. And the major one is, once you form a google duo group of 12, you can't do any further modification. This is a huge bug. Options should be there to delete persons from the group also.
5 stars: Duo a great way to actually see the person that is calling, so if you have multiple duplicate names in your mobile but not sure who is who - Duo allows you to connect through video chat seeing the person that's calling before you answer or accept the call. I really like this feature. I would like to suggest though some better effects to use...some at a more mature age level.
