4 stars: When trying to delete potos the select chose (top right hand corner in blue) does not show. All other functions work well
5 stars: I am enjoying using the portal device and it is really good but am struggling to access it from my phone as the app doesn't display correctly. It's a Sony Xperia and the Facebook terms and conditions overlap the log in button so I can't access it. Any idea how to fix it? Edit: the new version has fixed it! I've logged in now and it's all good. Thank you!
5 stars: Portal is a brilliant product and has made it really easy for my family to stay in touch during the covid lookdown. This app works well as a replacement remote for Portal (although you will need the actual remote to set it up). Portal support are also great, they have sent out a replacement physical remote to replace my currently missing one.
3 stars: It should be add the automatic answer option in application. This is really great option to check what happened to my house during my work. So we have choice between to much privacy and Security. We can turn off the camera if we want to much privacy.
4 stars: Update: app devs reached out and took feedback and updated it so funtional issues don't exist anymore. Works as expected. Why is it so horribly slow?!?!? It literally takes half an hour to show my photos locally on my phone so I select which one to upload to the portal.
