5 stars: The app is intuitive and easy to use yet packed with plenty of useful features, from a customer's point of view. I've used it a good several times now and can't complain at all. Haven't come across any bugs so far, and the app works very well and fast at each and every step of your journey, from browsing for goods all the way through tracking your order and resolving potential disputes.
4 stars: The app is good you can find anything you need. Some buyer use picture as evidence for the product likeness. Some people buy the product but don't share pictures of the product and is annoying. At the moment I haven't had any issue, if the product hasn't arrived by due date you can make a dispute and describe your issues. If the sellers doesn't want to give your refund then AliExpress support team will help.
