5 stars: Great problem solver. I use American version, differs slightly from Brit version. It looks like big brother- but Samsung techs have to have you put in an access code so they can see what's up. Plus you can kick them out if you are uncomfortable. You can uninstall it easily, or keep it as a safety net so you don't have to keep following a link to download it. I hate following links. This is a true 5 star app
5 stars: I like this. And even though they weren't able to solve my problem for my first call, I really like doing this remotely rather than having to deal with the dreadful virtual assistant (all virtual assistants are dreadful 😒) when using text message customer service.
4 stars: Great app. You do give them temporary access and control of your device. To determine , fix and suggest. They can do it remotely and you can see what they do on your device. Very interactive and smart. Name appropriate.
4 stars: Several issues have come up with my Samsung Android and after calling Samsung's customer service, we were able to remedy them each time, without having to use a separate phone. It is free to Samsung owners. It does take probably 25 minutes to an hour depending on the issue, but Samsung does a great job in real time, when you are having a problem and can't wait a few days.
2 stars: Everything works great until i give all permissions and my details then crash crash crash. Works good on my s22 tho
