3 stars: Android WebView is a pre-installed system component from Google that allows Android apps to display web content. When it works, it works well.👌 But...(regularly) When 'updates' aren't vetted thoroughly before being released, it often causes cascading havoc with all the apps that rely on its WebView functions, crashing many basic system functions. 😒😠
3 stars: Like others, this is stuck on the update. It wants to update, but won't do anything. Freshly factory reset Google pixel 3a, Android 10. Reset was a full reset, I didn't import or restore anything from my previous phone or backup from Google. I am sure eventually it will be fixed. Tbh, I didn't even know what this does anyway, so not overly concerned.
