3 stars: The apps are, but need to add something , but could u stop advertising when startup the apps (sticker advertising? )It looks stupid . please add on customer apps to take the pic & description of goods compulsory , before make an order , sometimes the things ridiculously huge can fit our vehicle its wasted our time & fuel Fyi Ure Lalamove not paid for this ..
2 stars: Rate is too low for driver. If you have other commitments, this is not suitable for your. Customers can easily cancel the job even the driver have arrived at pick up location but for drive to cancel it is very difficult, your rating will be deducted too!. Tol and parking paid by driver, the traffic jam and waiting time not worth doing it.
2 stars: 1. Your system need to add other option for top up aside from gcash. 2. For cancelled trip customer initiated should not be taken against driver. 3. Scammed booking made by anyone (drivers) should be investigated. 4. Your system should have updated filtering method for booking according to vehicle type and weight of cargos. 5. Too many glitches, will update this for more.
