3 stars: I feel the difference in ping improvement when playing Mobile Legends, which I play casually, but I don't feel anything when playing my main game Albion Online...so 3 stars...I am currently on the yearly sub...I will decide whether to keep it or not depending on Albion Online if I see significantly positive improvements...
2 stars: I'm trying to request a refund for an accidental purchase yet there has been no reply and no service! I tried reaching out on Gmail and the app itself but still, they are not helping me solve my issue. I already cancelled the subscription and I did not even use the membership nor the app. For now I will be rating it on 2 stars 'till customer service helps me resolve my issue.
