4 stars: I love how effective this app is. I rely on it often! My only issue is that every time it updates(which is often), it reverts my settings choices and removes my shortcut in the app bar. It's way easier to find a song while in another app simply by swiping down and tapping than to close an app, open Shazam, ask it to find a song, then reopen my first app.

3 stars: App has been struggling to identify songs lately. It's the most current version of the app so it doesn't need an update. It still identifies recent songs easily enough but now struggles with anything from the 80s or earlier and especially if there's even mild background noise like minor static on the radio. Never had this issue before. I thought I'd test it with something easy and it said

During the last year I'm having difficulties such as clicking and it not responding until I click multiple times (most times the song exerpt is already over causing me to miss capturing it) and their have been too many songs on movies it cannot capture.
