3 stars: Need more improvement when it comes to both passenger and biker apps. Its eften that the apps is not working properly, specially it trigger during rush hour, all passenger and bikers are in deep agony, still hoping for the apps to be improve in no time

2 stars: Please improve ur map like the one u had before that we can easily navigate it or ''twist'' it where our directions are heading to and we can still see the small streets from the main roads or highways. Hope u can fix the map inorder for us to drive safely and to avoid delays in picking up or dropping off our valued passengers.
2 stars: cant change which map to use (google or waze) once you already setup for the 1st time. currently i setup with google maps but google maps dont recognize the roads that are close and always choosing the longest route. i would prefer waze since it updates which roads are closed or not
