4 stars: If you like scratching scratches. There's more than enough here. Scratch away till your fingers go raw. It would be better if it was real money.
4 stars: I like this app a lot sure let you know if the tickets good or not and sometimes that's a problem because my friends try to trade me their tickets for cigarettes and they're about tickets so that put it into that app put it in to all that thank you that was for the California State lottery
