5 stars: This app has made it so easy to go around HCM city especially for tourists. It's very user friendly, provides real time information, makes it easy to track the bus and know where to get off the bus and where to catch the next bus. My only suggestion for improvement is that if they provided information on the bus fares for each route, that'll make this app perfect.
3 stars: The busmap hn crashes when I tapped the upper left menu, but I could still check the route by number. Now the new upgraded version fixed the menu problem but crashes when ever I try to check a route by number. I think the previous version was more helpful.
4 stars: quite a good app. works most of the time but there was once it recommended a bus that did not come and was not shown on that bus stop's sign. In addition, there is no time-related function (estimated time of the trip, for example)
4 stars: This app makes travelling around Hanoi by bus super easy. The map of stops and routes with GPS is perfect! If it had real-time information about bus schedules/times it would be a 5 star app (I have to go to Google maps for that). Well done to the developers!
