5 stars: Excellent support team. Easy to use and very user friendly. It saves me from having a second cell phone for family and for work.
3 stars: It works great for text messages but not for calls. When I receive a call and the screen is off (like most of the time), it rejects the call.
5 stars: An incredible application with an incredible and responsive support team. If I could buy a lifetime number I would. Has been crucial in traveling with verification and not paying super expensive roaming fees. Hopefully they roll out a lifetime phone number purchase option. I would buy it right away
5 stars: I have tested it with Voice and text and it works great. I did have a problem initially because I didn't know that the automatic renewal had to be connected connected to the number through the account menu (not automatic) and so when the 7-Day free trial run out it was canceled. However I contact their customer service by email and their response was incredibly fast, and the solution explain very clearly.
5 stars: This has come into handy when needing a second line that is long distance. I just call forward the calls to my personal and then the call quality is just fine. Would be nice to burn the number and create a new burner number without having to purchase more credits on top of the auto renewing fees. All in all its co...
