4 stars: The app works fantastically well. I didn't experience any issues with otp verification. But more can still be done in the area of printing the ID CARD. There should be provision for printing out the card on the app. This will make it perfect.
3 stars: The picture attached after successful link was not mine and every other thing is correct. Even my original print out slip of 2014 carry my picture. So I think the mix-up is from the authentications, process. Please That aspect should be look into.
