3 stars: Of late, when I request a ride,I have been getting notifications of driver has arrived when the driver is no where near the pick up location. Shouldn't it be possible to allow the driver to only check that they have arrived when they are actually at the pick up location and not when they are miles away? It really irritates me
4 stars: Sometimes the address appears in Russian, also the driver cannot see my name and it can be tricky in some occasions.
5 stars: It's an excellent quality, fast, safe and the cheapest way to ride-hail in Bucharest. It's the best app for me in this moment! I recommend it with pleasure!
5 stars: My experience with yango has been so far so good even though some drivers start the ride before picking me up and goes on to charge me waiting fare and sometimes your GPS doesn't work properly
