4 stars: I do like the search features. It seems to have all that is needed to find a house in my price range and in areas I'm interested in. However, I have been receiving updates on houses for sale in other states, areas outside my set searches, and houses for more than my set amount. This can be annoying if you are receiving instant updates for your saved searches.
5 stars: I live on this app. It's the greatest! A few suggestions. Could you guys create a place where one can either eliminate a word (which might be the name of a particular subdivision of houses) or anything in a 55+ community? I'm under 55 so certain homes are not meant for me. Maybe add a checkmark to eliminate those homes from a search. It would also be nice to see only three-story homes if selected. Thank you!
5 stars: I've had this app for years. It easy to navigate, simple to use and I love the GPS feature. My husband and I will be driving thru a pretty town and I can pull up my app and see the houses for rent nearby. Very cool!

Easy to navigate, map accurate and map features are great for locating properties and comparing prices, etc., With this Website there's no reason for brokers to spend time and money trying to put together their own. The prospective buyer does all the looking and comparing. I'll give 5 stars if I find info. up-to-date and accurate. Love no ads or offers or subscribe, etc., etc!!
