4 stars: UPDATE: Tech Service reached out and I needed to adjust some settings. 4 Stars for customer service. Old problem: Haven't been able to make 1 complete outbound call, drops every call within 10 seconds of connecting, can only actually pickup 50% of inbound calls (and there's 3 sec lag before caller can hear me) and I have perfect signal \u0026 data all the while. It used to work ok, but after installing the latest update, 0 success.
4 stars: Very decent app. Allows for texting and phone calls from your 4g tablet synced to your phone. All texts sent from and to your phone show on the tablet, however if you send the text from your tablet, it does not sync to your phone, only the received texts show.
3 stars: Needed 2nd line for work. made digits my work #. work from home and 50% of the time i cant make or receive a call of i dont have wifi turned off. went to Tmobile store \u0026 they said that can be the way it is sometimes. Makes no sense. Very frustrating when clients call and cant hear you and then call drops. it also wont answer on bluetooth. i usually have to answer on speaker and then hit BT button to flip it over. pain in the neck.
3 stars: Good idea, terrible implementation. In addition to all the bugs mentioned in other reviews, it is missing some texts that were sent/received by primary phone.
