3 stars: Like the app. Unfortunately whenever there are important changes in your account like profile update or change of status, it doesn't show it and I have to uninstall it and install it again. Your history of productos used in services gets deleted after a while, hence you cannot go back to purchase products you might have liked
4 stars: User friendly. Way better than using the browser. I kept one star though because it does that thing where you lose your place if you click on a product and then try to go back and continue shopping. Its annoying having to scroll back down to find your place.
4 stars: I enjoy using this app. I just purchased a new lipstick and was able to upload a photo of myself and test the lipsticks. I had an issue last week with the app switching me to the US. It took a few days but the issue was eventually resolved.
5 stars: The sephora app was easy to navigate. The pictures of the products are clear and easy to read. Each product has description about how it works. There are product reviews from people which makes it easy to decide if you are choosing to right product for yourself. I highly recommend this app!
