5 stars: This app is great. I use it together with recommendations from my physical therapist. A wonderful support and necessary app. Did the neck stretches and it helped immediately. Now I need to sign off so I can do my lower back stretches.

5 stars: multiple sessions to choose from. you can also edit the exercises and swap out the ones you don't like / have dificulty doing and reorder it so you shift between standing / lying down more smoothly.
