4 stars: Used to be good until recently as it isnot showing arrival time for some of the buses n says not operating / no estimate but the fact is that the busses are in operation. Don't know what went wrong.

5 stars: Was waiting for bus at bedok reservoir this pm, all buses were rerouted due to a car accident happened at a location which is after my bus stop opp NTUC. The bus apps show my bus arrival time 1 min, then the 1 min remain unchange for long time and then change to 14 mins, Is there a way to improve on this so that I can be well informed that buses are not coming to my bus stop?
