4 stars: The screen quality is unstable, always change between low and HD. Some movies have no english subtitles. Sometimes, the audio cuts out in the middle of the movie. But overall, it is good.
3 stars: It worked perfectly fine for a while with minimal buffering but the black screen issue has killed the app for me. There's audio and subtitles but no picture. This seems to be a common problem and has no easy solution other than contacting customer service, which isn't available to me
2 stars: Can't upgrade the plan. Can't even delete the account. Whenever I press on delete account it takes me. To the help guide page on how to delete. Upgrade list should come clicking on the disney icon. Not working for many days.
2 stars: What is happening to the Disney Hotstar app?? It feels annoying to use now. The scenes seeks function becomes laggy on both phone and TV apps. There is no more video thumbnails for us to know what scenes we're looking for. And on the TV app, fast forward and rewind function is laggy and slow.
