4 stars: it's a great game but seriously I have some problems with it, so when I save my outfit after I customize it then when I go back to customize! my face turned into a default girl's face and no headphones and scarf! pls fix this I hope you read this!
3 stars: Absolutely incredible app and I love playing the games, however recently I've crossed an issue with the app loading. I always get stuck at 90 percent and then it tells me it failed to connect to the server. I have no idea what's causing this issue and I've tried everything. Please fix this issue.
2 stars: I don't want to play this anymore. Every time the game updates, I always log out and then I can't get my old account back. It's saved in my email but it still won't log in. You should fix it. And I hope you can restore my account, which I previously reported as a bug or a problem account. If you can restore my account, I'll give it five stars.
