5 stars: I didn't like it from years ago but it's a lot better now. It doesn't seem as full of itself as it once did. The promo code entry is in the middle of the left side of the main screen (bastion). Enter any new player codes right away, as soon as you can because it won't consider you new for long at all. Check Internet sources for lists of new player codes. The A/V settings are behind a cogwheel behind your avatar in the upper left corner.
4 stars: It's a good game as a PvE experience which thankfully is it's core. Levelling up champions and trying gear sets is fun and strategic. The PvP element leaves a lot to be desired. I've literally never won Live Arena being fairly new and get matched up against people with way more levels and with a greater pool of champions to choose from. The regular Arena also needs a massive overhaul as seems pretty unbalanced.
2 stars: You get advertised the premise being able to collect cool looking champs to dominate the in-game content. Those said champs are locked behind a lottery system where the more you save up/buy pulls for summoning; the better your chances. Unless you plan to play this game for 6 months to a year or more, the only way to get solid progress is an excessive amount of luck or spending a mortgage worth on this game.
