4 stars: Thus is more for people struggling with app glitches. I found if you delete the app and re-download it, it works a lot better. I've never had to deal with customer service so I can't deny or verify the claims made about the disorganization and bad quality however regarding the clothing I've never had an issue with sizing (Note I always size up to make sure I have no issues)
3 stars: Encountered a few bugs that didn't seem to change over the years. App taking you to the beginning, after viewing an item, the suggestion topic tends to change to a totally different suggestion, not by your request. Becoming very slow after a few min. of scrolling. (The app is already a little slow.) The
2 stars: love the store itself. the app though needs some work. anytime I go into a category, it's great. if I click on an item, then go back to keep scrolling, it takes me out of the entire category and goes back to the home page. so I have to go alllll the way back to where I was. SUCKS. especially if I was like a 100 items deep. PLEASE fix this. it never used to do that.
