5 stars: Overall good searching experience, easy filtering, good product suggestions and user friendly payment process.
4 stars: One of the top online shopping apps. The only recent inconvenience, for some reason some products that can perfectly fit in the easyboxes can only be ordered to the showrooms.
4 stars: Add more notification categories to allow more control over marketing notifications (which I want to disable), but allow notifications regarding items in favourites that dropped in price, etc
3 stars: The app is mostly good (with a few flaws), but the chat support is just awful. As long as you don't have any questions, or need help with an existing order, you're fine. If you actually need to talk to someone, get ready to spend at least 15 mins with the robot trying to figure out what could you possibly select to be transferred to an actual person. In my experience I managed to get to talk to someone for roughly 1 every 3 issues.
2 stars: Emag in general is a recommended eshop however there are 2 big issues. 1. There's no extra language option (English) which means it's not foreign friendly at all. 2. The filters do not work satisfactorily. Need a lot improvement. If the above is 2 are fixed then I could definitely give 4-5 stars but now 2 stars is quite generous.
