5 stars: It was nice and easier to use this app. However sometimes it needs to re-login each time you open the app
4 stars: user friendly. easy to use but ratings for any clinics shouldn't be repetitive though.
3 stars: The pop up message to force the user to turn on the notification is so annoying. To add additional email data is very confusing. The FAQ blatantly poor and uninformative. There are plenty unnecessary features. For application that cost a lot where the money coming from taxpayers, this is not good enough. Just streamline the process and have a spirit to serve the public.
2 stars: I can't receive the OTP code verification, my network is good and I have credit. What's the solution?
2 stars: This app is so annoying, I never log out but every time I tried to access this app it redirecting me to login page. But then I cannot login, error pop-ups advising cannot access the application at the moment, try again later. When I try again the same thing happen. Seriously annoying especially when you urgently need to use this app and the error occurs
