5 stars: Pricing is fair, easy to operate and loads of fun, too bad there isn't more options available within the app like speed control, points system and just for the sake of it, speakers lol

4 stars: Easy to find, easy to unlock and lock. Speed displays in km/h. Good size for a tall person Extremely difficult to find out how to enter promo code. Told to enter it after my trip on checkout. Did so and it's for my next ride not the one I just completed. Be sure to have a fully charged phone otherwise you may not be able to take a picture to end your ride
4 stars: very fun. make sure each rider has their own phone/app and payment card
3 stars: new user. the ride was wonderful but the app got in a loop and wouldn't let me close the ride. I don't know how the payment and company will deal with it yet
