4 stars: This application made it easier for us to communicate and stay in touch with our friends when we don't have mb and it also cost less but lately I have experience some problem for instance when I log out, the next day I hardly log in so need a little improvement on it.
4 stars: It was a very good experience to had the chance to try bip. It is full of brilliant features. I liked it. I found a little bug in syncing between web version and mobile version it takes more than expected. When running the mobile version it delays more than expected. Messages suddenly dissappear for a while then they show up.
3 stars: This app is nice but my video calls plus calls can't work so I tried fixing my settings but it didn't work. I can't hear the person I'm tryna communicate with and they can't hear me also What does that mean? Can you help me?
3 stars: It's okay but I'd like to eventually see stickers and status in bip ... (Edit) I now have a problem with voice calls. For some reason the person's voice is sometimes not clear, or i just can't hear them at all. Sometimes it even just ends the call. Also, sometimes i try to record voice notes and it shows that it's recording it and when i try to send it disappears.
2 stars: Works sometimes, other times not. Sends notifications on an ad hoc basis, sends messages on an ad hoc basis. Then sends some them all at once. Or sometimes days later. Rubbish. 2 stars is only because the video calling generally works for me atm.
