5 stars: One of the best chat apps I ever came across! I can chat with my customers wherever I am and can also know if they are a customer or not and what products they put in the cart. Plus I could easily recommend a product through their shortcuts. Amazing!!

4 stars: Great app that adds a whole new level of customer service capability and can tilt some sales. If it had a 'pending' or 'action' status and filter for messages it would be even better as not every enquiry can be dealt with at the time and these get lost in the other messages.
4 stars: It is a good app that allows you to reply to your customers via phone. I didn't have any issues. However, I have two suggestions that would help users a lot: 1. Please allow to copy messages from the customers in order to be able to translate them if it was written in a foreign language or for similar purposes. 2. It would be great if the app is integrated into Shopify Control Panel for a desktop use.
3 stars: They finally added the ability to block spam/scam/solicitation/abusive posts. So much better. Bit the app still often fails to connect properly, even on WiFi, unless you force close and reopen it.
3 stars: It worked for one day and now it won't load with multiple errors. Will have to remove immediately. Edit: Reinstalled 4 months later and seems to be working better. So giving it a 3-star for now
