4 stars: Great app experience...living in Allentown PA we get grouped into the Philadelphia market. We have a local station WFMZ which is not included in the package. I can pick it with an antenna but there is no way incorporating it into the youtube tv app. I also use the android live tv app which would work if youtube tv would work with it. These fixes would make this streaming experience great and a five star rating for me.
3 stars: I like the service being offered BUT the user interface is not tailored for TV programming looks like Google tried to use YouTube UI. Also, the iPad app is buggy and clunky and when I connect my iPad to my TV to watch on screen my iPad screen stays on mirroring the TV output and it doesn't fill my TV screen (every other service I use does this Hulu, Disney, Prime...)
2 stars: Very buggy. Sometimes you'll select a show and it will just show something else - have to restart everything (app and TV to resolve). Occasionally, resuming a show will cause it to go to the beginning of the show, not where you left off. Recently, it will just cutoff on Chromecast and go to the screensaver every 10-15 minutes. It's only this app that does that, and it's happened on multiple Chromecast devices.
